Aiming to inform the marine and freshwater research communities about the integrated research infrastructures that will be made available by AQUARIUS, the brokerage event will launch our two Transnational Access Funding Calls showcasing the diverse on-site, remote, and virtual access opportunities AQUARIUS provides.
Detailed profiles and specifications of the research infrastructures will be highlighted to attract applications from the scientific community while also providing opportunities for researchers and institutions to come together and form collaborations to apply to the AQUARIUS Transnational Access Opportunities.
In addition, the event will also:
- Showcase the portfolio of available research infrastructures.
- Introduce the infrastructure access portal and TA Access Call requirements.
- Promote the AQUARIUS training opportunities for the next-generation of researchers.
- Highlight the data management and open science initiatives.
- Announce the schedule of stakeholder events and the thematic and regional focus areas.
- Explain how AQUARIUS will deliver to the goals of the Mission “Restore our Ocean and Waters”.
